GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Tuesday

CORE POWER 

In this class you will be taken through a series of exercises that will work to strengthen your abdomen and lower back muscles, as well as improve overall flexibility.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH 

This full body workout will focus on function, power, and endurance training in a high energy circuit style format. This class will use a variety of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, free weights, barbells, and more to engage every muscle, while also focusing on proper form and technique.

5:15pm - 5:45pm

This class starts with a 15-minute guided meditation to relax and unwind, followed by various mobility exercises aimed to help you feel better when you move, thus creating more efficient workouts and movement patterns.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) will work your body from the floor up and all around. Building cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100% successful!

BOOTCAMP

Friday              12:00pm - 12:45pm

A challenging workout that combines cardio and strength training for a full body burn in an energetic and fast paced setting. Head back to work feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the afternoon!
